I want to help, just like others have helped me.
To get results that actually change your movement and pain, I believe there is one key component that makes the difference… Insight.
Where does that insight come from?
Testing, testing, testing. In order to make meaningful changes, we need meaningful insights. So before, during, and after your massage I will check in on your movement qualities and pain levels and notice how they are changing or not.
I believe this sets me apart in a category of massage therapists that hold themselves to a higher standard: where we prioritize finding what works for every individual rather than just applying the techniques that “should” work or believing any one modality is the end-all answer for everything.
Massage and other forms of bodywork were a major part of my own healing journey. My chronic neck and back pain got much worse after a car accident, and forced me to do the work and get help from others to feel better. Over time, with dedicated effort and experts in my corner, I am feeling even better than before!
At some point, I decided on a career change from a mostly office-confined job to something a little more “human” feeling. I stumbled upon the idea of being a massage therapist and, remembering how much it helped me, I dove right in. I went to massage school and began to help others find a life with less pain and more freedom.
I have now helped hundreds in the Lehigh Valley reduce their pain and increase their movement. I am really excited that you found my website, and I hope I can do something to help you too!
