Why finding the right therapy (and therapist) matters
Life demands a lot of us. Pain and discomfort can make it feel overwhelming to keep up and be present for the things you love. Maybe its playing with your kids, pursuing a favorite hobby, or simply getting through the day comfortably. And you don't have unlimited time and money to waste trying endless solutions.
